It all starts with the first thread.

The journey of the garment starts with the thread, and one could say that the thread is the acorn to the garments great majestic oak. Okay, but if only it were as simple as planting a seed. The above video demonstrates the amount of knitting involved for a single roll of fabric and it is impressive.  When one knitting machine is going it feeds on dozens upon dozens of spools of thread, churning it out like a mechanical spider churning out a grandiose web, only the web ultimately becomes fabric and its catch is fashion.
